an experimental video created in collaboration with poet Sadie Yetton
The project grew from the Given Words project celebrating New Zealand’s National Poetry Day in 2025 – Cindy having contributed a wordfilm as inspiration and Sadie winning the national contest for Best Poem. Introduced by Charles Olsen (artist, writer and poetry filmmaker who runs the competition), the two began a cross-continent correspondence that bloomed into this short, sweet and subversive little video.
